EvoClean Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Due to high demand, order processing times may take 2-4 weeks before shipment. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost or Stolen Packages
EvoClean is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Changes & Cancellations
