Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in Europe and the UK.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, we won’t be able to make changes, but you can return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and they are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Please note we don’t ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-15 business days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site include VAT where applicable. However, depending on your location, you may be responsible for additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs or control any customs delays.
